There Are 2 Basic Kinds Of Shuttle Service. Share-ride And Multi-ride. We Are Share-ride. From The Airport, Your Pick-up Time Is Based On Your Flight Itinerary; Not A Rigid, Pre-determined Schedule. And, You Go From Baggage Claim To The Van. For Example, You Are Not Put In A Holding Area To Be Put On A Multiple Stop Line Run. To The Airport, Your Pick-up Time Is Based On Your Flight Departure Time. Our Staff Will Be Able To Recommend The Proper Time For Your Pick Up. Again No Multiple Stop Line Runs. We Enjoy Guaranteeing No More Than 2 Stops To Our Customers. Our Vans Are Big With Lots Of Luggage Space. We Understand The Stress Of Air Travel And Our Reliability And Advance Reservations Reduce That Pressure.

Regular business hours are daily from 8:00am to 6:00pm, however shuttle service is available 24 hours daily. Alternative services will be provided upon request. Fares will be based on type of service.
NOTE: The fare is slightly higher outside regular business hours.
YES. REMEMBER, we track your flight! We will wait up to 30 minutes after you land for you to get your bags. If you experience an unexpected delay, you must notify us at 225-333-8167 or phone your driver. If we have not heard from you, after the 30 minute period you will be billed $40 per hour for wait time.

As soon as you have your flight information. We recommend you make your reservation 2 to 3 days before your trip to ensure we will have drivers or shuttle seats available. We can make reservations up to one year in advance.
We understand that circumstances may arise which may change your travel plans. Keeping that in mind, we will gladly give a refund for any reservation cancelled with a minimum 24 hours notice prior to the pick up time. Refunds usually show to your account within 30 days. We will not refund payments if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of pick up time or if the traveling party is a no show. If your flight is cancelled by the airlines, we will receive confirmation from the airport and you will not be charged.
Yes, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You may charge on board the van; however, we require a card to guarantee your reservation.
Yes. Check with your meeting planner/event planner to see if an account has been set-up. If you are the planner, call (225) 333-8167 and ask for Group Rates.
No. We are locally owned and operated by native Louisianans.
