What is an airport shuttle?

Answer: There are 2 basic kinds of shuttle service. Share-ride and Multi-ride. We are Share-ride. From the airport, your pick-up time is based on your flight itinerary; not our schedule. And, you go from baggage claim to the van. For example, you are not put in a holding area to be put on a multiple stop line run. To the airport, your pick-up time is based on your flight departure time; not our schedule. Again no multiple stop line runs. We enjoy guaranteeing no more than 2 stops to our customers. Our vans are big with lots of luggage space. We understand the stress of air travel and our reliability and advance reservations reduce that pressure.

What is your service area?

Answer: Southeastern Louisiana, including the Baton Rouge, and New Orleans area.

Where do you pick me up?

Answer: At your home, business, hotel.

Can I return with your service?

Answer: Yes, and we'll track your flight with live flight data.

What airports do you serve?

Answer: Baton Rouge, LA: Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport – BTR and New Orleans, LA: Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport - MSY

What hours do you operate?

Answer: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday and 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Friday - Sunday. Alternative services will be provided upon request. Additional fees will be required.

Do you have a Cut Off time?

Answer: YES. REMEMBER, we track your flight! We will wait for you to get your bags up until 30 minutes unless notifed.

What is your cancellation policy?

Answer: We understand that circumstances may arise which may change your travel plans. Keeping that in mind, we will gladly give a refund for any reservation cancelled with a minimum 24 hours notice prior to the pick up time. Refunds usually show to your account within 30 days. We will not refund payments if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of pick up time or if the traveling party is a no show.

Do you accept credit cards?

Answer: Yes, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You may charge on board the van; however, we require a card to guarantee your reservation.

Can you offer even lower fares to large groups?

Answer: Yes. Check with your meeting planner/event planner to see if an account has been set-up. If you are the planner, call (225) 333-8167 and ask for Group Rates.

Are you a national company?

Answer: No. We are locally owned and operated by native Louisianans.

Are you just airports?

Answer: No. Often, groups use us for rides between work and hotel. Also, for nightly excursions to attractions & restaurants, etc. Call (225) 333-8167 and ask for Group Services.
